After taking Mohammed Almathil’s MSA Organizational 101 workshop, I feel that it’s great provides personal and organizational development workshops that differ from the standard seminars that other institutes hold. These topics are far more relevant, needed, applicable, and useful for the vast majority of people. People were actually very surprised at how the workshop went, because it provided a new lens of thinking that was very enlightening.
Mohammed is very well composed, organized, detail oriented and knowledgeable. He has a good command on the subject and executes it in an easy to understand flow. He is friendly and definitely a good source to get the proper training.
I can not tell you how many times I was moved to tears in that class [Shattering Doubts]. The class got me some very useful tools to deal with some deep and often painful doubts with my own eman. For me it was almost therapeutic to hear that my questions did necessarily mean I had weak faith.
I thought the topic [“In Search of Certainty” by Mohamed Abutaleb] was well chosen and much needed especially by the student community. The way it was delivered was practical and personal enough to make an impact on those who heard it. His advice to take religion seriously and not flirt with it and how to balance deen and dunya will resonate with many for a while.
The Public Speaking Workshop by Mohammed Almathil was a great foundation for all current and potential public speakers. It truly enhanced their knowledge and skills in mastering the art of delivery and conveying the best public talk possible. The information was unique and clear and the speaker was articulate and great at conveying such a technical message. It’s a must have class for all activist and leaders and an art that should be mastered!
Brother Mohammed Almathil is an absolutely amazing speaker, teacher, and mentor. He knew how to make a topic like leadership, which people preach to students like us a lot, so engaging, fun to learn, relevant and related back to our Deen. His points were clear, and his tips were practical and easy to remember. He is very motivated, and definitely inspired me to go out and pursue my goals and dreams…
“Enhancing your Influence: Expanding your Leader Within,” was by a long shot the best leadership seminar I have attended at the University of Minnesota. I understand now why Br. Almathil placed an emphasis on attending at least a few seminars every year. One thing that struck me was that he started exactly on time, despite the fact that there were a lot more people on the way…
Mohammad Almathil’s event ‘Shoot for the Stars’ at the College of Staten Island was undoubtedly one of the best events we have offered our students. The topic of potential and self reflection is something that is lost in the rush of today’s society. Almathil was able to engage everyone in his workshop with his interactive sessions and group work. After the event, I personally felt empowered…
